HIMATASKA

HIMATASKA
The Marine Information Systems Student Association, commonly known as HIMATASKA, is a set of marine information systems study programs. HIMATASKA is determined to realize all kinds of superior, proportional and professional academic life both in the academic and non-academic fields. Thus, it is hoped that all HIMATASKA members can play an active role in academic activities, both within the scope of the marine information systems study program, UPI campus in Serang, and globally. As well as being present as a manifestation of studenthood in every activity organized by the association as a form of support for non-academic activities.

Vision

Realizing constructive, adaptive and collaborative HIMATASKA through internal harmonization by the tri dharma values of higher education.

Mission

Creating a climate of departments and fields that suit the needs of HIMATASKA residents
Develop Priority Programs and Leading Programs for long and short term associations based on GBHO HIMATASKA
Carry out internalization of HIMATASKA management and residents in general
Increase the openness and transparency of association information
Become a potential development catalyst in the scholar’s room and student organizations
Carry out work programs following the tri dharma values of tertiary institutions and HIMATASKA AD/ART

Featured Work Program

Marinespot

Conducted to introduce the existing lecture environment both academically and non-academically.

Herminia

Basic leadership training aims to provide education and knowledge in forming strong and dynamic characters for students of Marine Information Systems.

Foster Village

The service is expected to be able to restore villages that are still lagging because the output of the assisted villages can turn villages that are still less advanced into superior villages.

Sipari

The output of the assisted village is cleaning the beach with residents and waste that can still be used and then recycled and managed for the needs of the village.

Hearing

A work program that functions to channel complaints or complaints regarding facilities or academic implementation. Therefore the work program aims to be a place or a special stage for students to channel their complaints so that the study program can hear them.

Movement Seminars

As a means to educate Marine Information Systems students regarding Issue Studies, Action, and Advocacy

Marinefest

Festival held by HIMATASKA UPI Serang Campus. The hope of implementing this work program is to instil a competitive spirit, increase self-confidence, and become a forum for exploring interests and talents.

MATAKA

Mataka is an activity that aims to train public speaking skills. The system used is that each generation gives one representative to be a speaker in Mataka activities.
