Bachelor Scholarship (S1)

UPI Scholarship Requirements

  1. Request from the person concerned;
  2. Copy of valid KTM;
  3. 2 recent passport photos size 3 × 4 cm;
  4. Photocopy of Provisional Final Study Results (GPA and GPA) (the amount of GPA is as requested by the scholarship provider. Some scholarship providers require a high GPA)
  5. Copy of bank account (specified)
  6. Certificate from the Vice Dean for Student Affairs; – not currently receiving scholarships from other sources; – does not violate the Campus Rules; – not currently working and not married;
  7.  Certificate of Disadvantage from the local Village/Kelurahan;
  8. Copy of Family Card;
  9. Certificate of parental income;
  10. Other certificates, certificates, medals, achievement certificates obtained.

UPI Scholarship Submission Procedure

  1. Students submit applications to the vice-chancellor for academic and student affairs through the deputy dean 1 (academic and student affairs) of the faculty or director of the regional campus, and it is known by the head of the department/study program
  2. After completing the requirements requested by the scholarship provider, the chief applicant submits a scholarship application collectively and is registered with the vice dean 3 (student affairs)
  3. Deputy dean 3 (student affairs) continues the application collectively, and the requirements for participants are recorded to the assistant rector for academic and student affairs, which the director of student affairs directorate then processes to proceed to scholarship providers (funders)
  4. After being approved by the funder, the director of student affairs informs the fund announcing to each –every faculty to let students know that the scholarship disbursement can be taken at the student affairs directorate
  5. Directorate of Student Affairs provides a list (SPJ) of both those taken in cash at the Directorate of Student Affairs and those that must be taken at the Directorate of Finance
